Description
This successful wood products manufacturer produces commodity and specialty wood products at operations in Canada and the United States. The company requires a leader who can guide, manage and report all financial matters of this multi-divisional company.
The financial officer will join a team of operational professionals and keep finances positioned for continuing success. Ideally, candidates will have experience managing financial systems in both Canada and the United States.
Candidate Qualifications
- Professional Certification (CPA) preferably with experience with Canadian and United States Systems
- Experience in forest industry with manufacturing exposure to lumber and engineered wood products will be a significant asset
- Minimum five years experience in executive leadership roles
- Excellent leadership competence, steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Position Location
The incumbent will operate from the company’s head office in Lower Mainland region of British Columbia that allows choice of major urban or rural community lifestyle.
