C&C Resources Inc. is launching a new specialty wood products plant in Cranbrook, British Columbia. The plant will produce exterior siding and trim products using finger-joint and edge-gluing operations. Initially the plant will employ about 20 persons per shift. Start-up will be during first quarter of 2019.
Reporting to the C&C head office in Quesnel, British Columbia, the Plant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of plant operation including technical direction. During initial phases, the Manager will be assisted by C&C Quesnel staff in plant set-up; employee hiring and training; and logistics.
Interested persons should have supervisory experience in specialty wood products manufacturing and technical qualifications relating to finger-jointing. Knowledge of edge-gluing will be an asset.
