Candidate preferences include:
- Relevant post-secondary education at the diploma or degree level
- At least two years supervisory experience in a sawmill or lumber remanufacturing plant
- Self confidence and ability to lead a team operating under tight timelines
- Softwood grading certificate
- Quality control supervisory experience is a significant asset
