The Production Superintendent is a key leadership role within our hardwood plywood manufacturing plant, responsible for overseeing the entire production operation. The position ensures that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in wood products or related industries. Candidates will have a degree in Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing Management; Advanced Wood Processing; Wood Science or related field. A successful career history in plywood production at a superintendent or senior supervisor will also be considered. A complete qualification outline is available upon request.
