The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all plant equipment and facilities. This role is critical in ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safety by minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of equipment reliability. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians, work closely with production teams and implement preventive maintenance programs. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering or have a successful career history in maintenance management in a large industrial environment. Forest industry, especially experience with panelboard production, is particularly beneficial.
