A new career opportunity for a Technical Training Supervisor with extensive experience with Moulders, Grinders and related equipment is now available. This Supervisor will provide technical training to equipment operators while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. A detailed position outline is available upon request.
What you will bring to the table:
- A servant leadership mentality which includes the ability to listen, show empathy, coach, persuade and lead by example.
- Extensive knowledge and operating experience of professional moulders used in solid wood processing including maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment and grinding of machining tools / heads.
- Professional demeanor; good organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities; competent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This position is Monday to Thursday and may be for either of our shifts (Day shift hours are 4:30 am to 3:30 pm; afternoon shift hours 3:00 pm to 2:00 am).
